In a world that moves too fast, we offer a place to slow down on the southern edge of Europe, in Puglia. Here, you can pause and find peace, energy and creativity.
You will sleep in a beautifully restored, 8-bedroom masseria from 1747, far away in the countryside. Start your days with a yoga class, eat sun-ripened vegetables from our local producers and, end the evenings gazing at the stars.
We hope that you take something home with you that inspires you to make beautiful decisions in your life moving forward.

Your retreat kicked off something good inside me and I’m keeping it going — PAYAL, Dublin
LOCATION
There are some very good reasons why everyone seems to be going to Puglia right now. Down here on the edge of Europe, you feel other worlds. The heel of Italy’s boot combines fairytale landscapes with trulli, whitewashed towns, olive groves on red soil and interesting architecture. You will stay at a typical masseria in the countryside of Salento. Let yourself be inspired by the Apulians, masters at living life in the slow lane and enjoying the small pleasures in life.
FOOD
We will share homemade meals, mostly plant-based. Puglia is where you’ll find the most vegetarian dishes: dozens of different types of leafy greens, vegetables, fruits, legumes and bread and pasta made with ancient local grains like senatore Cappelli and monococco.
We believe that making healthy choices in life doesn’t have to be hard at all, food that will not just nurture your body, but is tasty at the same time. Our focus lies on sourcing the best produce from Puglia, we work directly with farmers who love their craft.
